About Coeur54

Welcome to the website for the Coeur54 Golf event 2022.   With such phenomenal success in 2020 raising $15,000 for CdAIDE we did a little rebranding and added a few more players and created the Coeur54.   In 2021 we raised just over $30,000 for Village of Hope and First Tee of Idaho.   This year we are excited to support a new organization that supports our local Veterans in need.   Newby-ginnings has experienced amazing growth since it was founded in 2009.  We all felt this year we would make a difference for those who have sacrificed so much and now it’s our turn to show support for them.   Going into 2022 we knew we needed to form our own Nonprofit and the 54Foundation was hatched.    Under the 54Foundation umbrella we will be able to support many organizations on a smaller scale and disperse all the funds we raise each year into our community we all call home.  If you have questions or would like apply for grants through the 54Foundation, please email us at C54Foundation@gmail.com

Newby-ginnings

Newby-ginnings of North Idaho, Inc. was born in the car. My mom and I were driving on 1-90 on a sunny summer day about a year after Nick was killed. I was explaining to her that I wanted to start a non-profit in Nick’s name. An organization that would be based in the community that he loved and would assist his brothers that came home. She said the name. “Newby-ginnings.”

With the help, love and support of my husband, family and friends, we made it happen. In a short amount of time, the idea had flourished and the mission expanded to include families of the fallen, those that have served and those that are continuing to serve our country

Dustin Ainsworth
54Foundation President

Kootenai Title Co.

For the last 17+ years I have had the fortune to be a business development representative at Kootenai Title. It’s so exciting to have the opportunity to turn my passion of golf into an event that will raise funds to help organizations in Kootenai County.   This event concept has been an idea of mine for years and in just 2 years we have been able to raise over $45,000.  It’s exciting to share my passion of golf with these other 15 players and educate the community on some of the amazing organizations in our area

Stewart Kuespert

Kuespert Insurance

Although I grew up in rural southern Idaho, the Coeur d’Alene area has always been near and dear to me.  My father grew up in Coeur d’Alene, and my family spent a large amount of time in the Panhandle with family and friends enjoying the area.  After graduating from Parma High School, I was lucky to play golf for Lewis Clark State College, before ultimately graduating from the University of Idaho.  I have spent the last 20+ years working in insurance as the general manager for Panhandle Insurance/Kuespert Insurance.

I have served as the Young Agent Chairman of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Idaho, as well as a Regional Director for IIABI, Co-Chair of the annual “Big I” Idaho Golf tournament,  Regional Director for American Bass Association, been an Idaho Hunter/Bowhunter Education instructor for 22 years, Referee/Umpire for youth soccer and baseball, and currently serve as President of the Board of Directors for Avondale Golf Course.  I have a strong dedication to sharing my love of the outdoors kids, to help get them outside and grow their interests in the outdoors.

As much of my free time as possible is spent enjoying our amazing area and all that it has to offer with my lovely wife Amanda and our “four” kids Andrew (13), Abby(8), Angus(black Lab), and Pearl (incorrigible Mini Labradoodle).  We play golf, hunt, fish, and ski as much as time allows.

I am the Founder of Living CDA Realty Group – a real estate team within the brokerage of eXp Realty. We are obsessed with making sure people love where they live. Whether buying or selling in beautiful North Idaho, we will be a trusted partner in achieving your real estate goals. My wife and I also own a local wine bar called The Wine House. It is a casual wine bar and gathering place on East Sherman. We wanted to create a place where you can kick back, relax, and have some food, wine, (or beer) with friends!

I have a love for golf and a passion to give back to the community that I am proud to call home, so thank you for supporting Coeur54!

John McMurray

REALTOR® – Windermere

After 24 years in the real estate business, I’ve figured out that the most important aspect is Building Relationships.  It is my goal to make sure every client or customer has the most professional yet personal experience possible.

As a sixth generation native, I know north Idaho. This knowledge can be passed on to clients, helping to decide where to live and what to do for fun, work, etc.

Outside of work, you can find me on the golf course, in the boat, flying an airplane, standing in a river trying to catch a trout or spending time with my 2 grandkids (and one more on the way).
